1. Manuscript Preparation

  • Please use this template to format your manuscript. Submissions not adhering to this template will be returned to the authors for typesetting before the review process can begin.

2. Required Forms The following forms must be completed, signed, and submitted along with your manuscript.

  • Collects full names, qualifications, affiliations, and contact details for all authors.

• [Download] Author/s Obligation Form

  • A mandatory form confirming that the work is original and not under consideration elsewhere. Note: Local (Iraqi) researchers must submit a physical copy with signatures and stamping in person. International researchers may submit a scanned copy.

• [Download] Copyright Agreement

  • Confirms the licensing terms (CC BY-NC 4.0) and grants NJES the right to publish the work while the author retains copyright.

• [Download] Conflict of Interest Disclosure

  • A declaration of any financial or personal relationships that could be viewed as a potential conflict of interest regarding the submitted work.

Submission Instructions
